Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is part of your agreement with vcserver.in for the provision of Docker hosting services.

1. Service Availability

vcserver.in guarantees a 99.9% uptime for our services, measured on a monthly basis. This excludes scheduled maintenance periods, which will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Service Credits

If we fail to meet the service availability guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as follows:

• Below 99.9% but above 99.0% availability: 10% of monthly fee
• Below 99.0% but above 95.0% availability: 25% of monthly fee
• Below 95.0% availability: 50% of monthly fee

3. Support Response Times

We aim to respond to support tickets within the following timeframes:

• Critical issues (service unavailable): 1 hour
• High priority issues (service degraded): 4 hours
• Medium priority issues: 8 hours
• Low priority issues: 24 hours

4. Data Backup

We perform daily backups of your data and retain them for 7 days. We guarantee a 99.9% success rate for our backup procedures.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and services from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

6. Exclusions

This SLA does not apply to performance issues resulting from:

• Factors outside our reasonable control
• Your actions or omissions
• Your equipment, software, or other technology
• Third-party systems outside our direct control
